GLENIC-M IFG prepares specialized funds for listing together with some prominent legal firms. Those funds are intended for accumulation of significant resources.
We plan a bond issue to be organized by RIGroup-Finance under the mandate of GLENIC-M IFG.
To diversify the range of instruments and services offered, GLENIC-M IFG is actively involved in negotiations with major financial market players. Stability and the necessary quality of services offered by our company are secured through co-operation with first-class Russian banks, such as the Sberbank, Vneshtorgbank, Eurofinance-Mosnarbank and TrustCapital, as well as the leading oil and gas producers such as Gazprom, Rosneft and Tatneft.
Negotiations of our company with a number of private and institutional foreign investors indicate their increased interest in co-operation with new Russian capital market players.
GLENIC-M also implements activities on foreign financial markets. Taking into account its customer's needs, the Company establishes partnership relations with foreign institutes, credit organizations, and specialized companies, powerful and highly reputable individual experts. Enhancing its opportunities, GLENIC-M IFG may secure finance for housing construction programs (together with Mortgage Corporation of the Moscow Region), construction of fitness centers and hotels (on the Adriatic coast of Croatia), domestic industrial projects, including high tech manufacturing and promising research and development projects (together with specialized institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences).
The following negotiations are now in progress: ≈ with China's leader of oil and gas sector CNPC with respect to investing about 500 million dollars in shares of Gazprom; ≈ with Italian bank consortium with respect to investing about 300 million Euro in securities of the Russian oil and gas sector; with German Showhouse GmbH and investment bank J. P. Morgan & Co. with respect to investing about 600 million dollars in construction of business centers in Moscow and Saint Petersburg; ≈ with Thai Canadoil Group with respect to its participation in the Russian market of gas and oil pipeline construction and maintenance equipment; The holding promotes its operations in CIS countries. One of its activities was participation of GLENIC-M in establishment of the State Investment Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The pioneer project of the Company together with a stock exchange was studying the ways of implementing a patent owned by GLENIC-M. That patent opens new opportunities for settlement of trade in investment fund shares.
